Refund and cancellation

Before purchase, review the plan duration and included access. Payment or access issues should be reported with the transaction reference through Contact/WhatsApp support.

Manual UPI

Manual UPI access is activated only after verification. A pending manual claim does not itself create premium access.

Payment disputes

Where a verified full refund is processed through a supported gateway, the linked premium access may be revoked in accordance with the payment status.
