Make every NEET mock test count

Finishing a test matters less than understanding what went wrong. TMock keeps attempts, review and the next practice step connected in one student workspace.

01

ATTEMPT

Practise under a timer

Use an exam-style question flow to build speed and test your subject readiness.

02

ANALYSE

Spot weak areas

Review accuracy, time use and incorrect answers instead of judging progress by score alone.

03

REVISE

Save the tricky ones

Revisit bookmarked questions and your Mistake Book before the next full attempt.

One test, three subjects, a clearer revision plan

Use a full-length paper to test pacing, then focus your revision on the subject or chapter that cost you marks. Subject-wise and chapter-wise options depend on the tests currently available in your account.

PHYSICS

Accuracy under time

Work through calculations, units and multi-step reasoning. Note when a wrong answer came from the concept or from rushing.

CHEMISTRY

Recall with precision

Separate memory gaps from application mistakes across Physical, Organic and Inorganic Chemistry.

BIOLOGY

Steady question speed

Review NCERT-linked concepts, diagrams and repeated errors across Botany and Zoology.

NEET mock test pattern: 2026 reference

The official NEET UG 2026 examination had 180 compulsory multiple-choice questions to be completed in 180 minutes. Use this distribution to plan your full-paper practice. Check the next NTA information bulletin for any changes in a later exam cycle.

SubjectQuestionsMaximum marks
Physics45180
Chemistry45180
Biology (Botany & Zoology)90360

Marking: +4 for a correct answer, −1 for an incorrect answer and 0 for an unattempted question. The actual examination used pen-and-paper OMR; TMock provides online practice.

A practical way to use the pattern

Before: Choose a time when you can complete a full 180-minute session without interruptions.

During: Avoid spending too long on one calculation. Flag uncertain questions and keep moving.

After: Check your errors by subject, topic and cause. Revisit the mistakes before attempting another full paper.

Important: Question counts and marking above describe the 2026 NTA exam, not a guarantee about every TMock practice set.

How to give a NEET mock test on TMock

01

STEP 1

Create a free account

Register to keep your attempts, saved questions and performance history in one place.

02

STEP 2

Open your student dashboard, find the NEET practice you need and use the Free filter where available.

03

STEP 3

Attempt, then review

Read the instructions, complete the timed attempt and examine the result before moving on.

How to increase marks in NEET mock tests

Do not take another full mock just to replace a disappointing score. First, identify exactly why marks were lost. A consistent review routine helps you decide what to study rather than guessing.

01

Separate the errors

Label each wrong question as a concept gap, a recall error, a calculation slip or a time-pressure mistake.

02

Revise one weak block

Pick a small chapter or topic from the error list and work through the relevant concepts and questions.

03

Check the same mistake

Use bookmarks or the Mistake Book to see whether you can now solve previously missed questions.

04

Compare the next attempt

Look at accuracy and time as well as marks. Improvement is more useful when it is repeatable.

Study tip: Schedule full-length tests when you have enough time to review them. A shorter, focused session can be more useful than an unanalysed mock every day.

Notification, eligibility and important dates

Mock tests support preparation; they do not replace official admission rules. The points below refer to NEET UG 2026 and should be rechecked when the next NTA information bulletin is released.

Eligibility basics

Age: Candidates had to be at least 17 years old by 31 December 2026. The 2026 bulletin did not prescribe an upper age limit.

Qualifying subjects: The bulletin covers recognised qualifying routes involving Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English. Students awaiting their qualifying examination results could appear, subject to meeting requirements for admission.

Exam dates and notices

2026: The initial examination was held on 3 May 2026. NTA later held a re-examination on 21 June 2026; its notices explain the revised process.

Next exam cycle: Use the official NEET website for confirmed registration dates, eligibility changes, city information, admit cards and notices. Do not rely on predicted dates.

NEET mock test: frequently asked questions

After each attempt, sort errors into concept gaps, memory slips, calculation mistakes and time-pressure errors. Revise the weakest topics, revisit saved mistakes and compare accuracy and time in your next test. One carefully reviewed mock can teach more than several rushed attempts.

A NEET mock test is a practice paper designed around the exam subjects and a defined time limit. It helps you check knowledge, question selection, speed and accuracy before the real examination.

There is no official compulsory number. Begin with a baseline full mock, add regular tests as your syllabus coverage improves and reserve enough time to analyse mistakes. In the final revision stage, the quality of each review matters more than reaching an arbitrary total.

Create your TMock account, open the test library in the dashboard and choose an available NEET test. Read its instructions, start the timed attempt and review the result after submitting. The Free filter helps you identify the free test where available.

It is a rehearsal, not your actual NEET score or admission rank. NEET-style mocks usually cover Physics, Chemistry and Biology; the official 2026 exam used 180 questions, 180 minutes and 720 maximum marks.

TMock lists one free sample mock for each published exam. Register, find NEET in your available library and select a test labelled Free. Premium access is optional for the wider eligible library.

No. TMock is an online practice platform. The official NEET UG 2026 examination used a pen-and-paper OMR format. For exam-day readiness, also practise marking answers on paper when appropriate.
