JEE Advanced mock test 2027

The JEE Advanced mock test on TMock is a free 180-minute Paper I practice set worth 180 marks. Create an account, choose JEE Advanced in the exam list and start the test. Chapter-wise JEE Advanced sets are also in the library, but those need a Premium plan.

TMock is an independent practice platform. It is not an IIT, JAB or government website.

How the free JEE Advanced mock test works

TMock offers one free test for each supported exam, and for JEE Advanced it is a full Paper I practice set. Its length and total marks line up with a single JEE Advanced paper (three hours, 180 marks), so it works as a pacing check before you plan further tests.

It is an original TMock practice paper, not a paper issued by the IITs.

JEE Advanced paper format to check before you practise

A mock test is only useful if its structure resembles the paper you will sit. The table lists the latest cycle that has been completed.

The 2027 dates have not been announced as of 30 October 2026. IIT Delhi is expected to organise the exam on the usual rotation, but treat that as unconfirmed until the official brochure is out. Confirm dates, eligibility and the syllabus at jeeadv.ac.in.

How to get more from each JEE Advanced mock test

The score matters less than what you change afterwards. This routine keeps each attempt tied to a specific next step.

1. Sit the full 180 minutes

Attempt the paper in one sitting. Decide before you start how long to give Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, so you are not planning while the clock runs.

2. Read the marking rule first

Marking differs by question type and some types carry negative marks. The guide on negative marking strategy helps you decide when a guess is worth the risk.

3. Review mistakes before solutions

Retry each incorrect question without the solution. Then label the miss: concept gap, calculation slip, misread question or time pressure.

4. Pick one topic, then test again

Spend your next sessions on the chapter that cost you the most marks. Compare scores only between tests of the same format and length.

JEE Advanced mock test questions

Yes. TMock lists one free JEE Advanced test, Original Practice Set 01, Paper 1, which runs for 180 minutes and carries 180 marks. Create an account, choose JEE Advanced and start it. Other tests, including chapter-wise sets, need a Premium plan. This was checked on 30 October 2026 and can change.

JEE Advanced 2026 was held on 17 May 2026 by IIT Roorkee, so new candidates are preparing for the 2027 cycle. The organising IIT has released official mock tests on its website before earlier exams, so check jeeadv.ac.in once the 2027 notice is out. TMock’s free set is an original practice paper you can attempt now.

In 2026 there were two compulsory computer-based papers of three hours each, reported as 360 marks in total. The pattern can change, so confirm it in the information brochure for your exam year.

No. TMock labels its tests as original practice sets and is independent of the IITs and the Joint Admission Board. They can help with pacing and review, but the official brochure decides the rules.

TMock works in mobile and desktop browsers. For a three-hour paper, use the device and connection you can rely on for the whole sitting.

Supported tests save progress automatically, and if the test rules allow it you can resume from your dashboard. Closing the browser does not pause the timer, so wait for the save confirmation before you leave or submit.

There is no fixed number. One full paper followed by focused work on what the review showed usually helps more than back-to-back full tests. A mock test cannot promise a rank or a score.
